TestWebKitAPI.ApplicationStateTracking.WindowDeallocDoesNotPermanentlyFreezeLayerTree is a constant timeout. It appears to only run on iOS, so it is a timeout only on iOS. HISTORY: https://results.webkit.org/?suite=api-tests&test=TestWebKitAPI.ApplicationStateTracking.WindowDeallocDoesNotPermanentlyFreezeLayerTree There's a very clear regression point, appearing to start at 264920@main. Will confirm.

I was able to reproduce the timeout at iOS 16 Release ToT running as follows: run-api-tests --release --verbose --ios-simulator TestWebKitAPI.ApplicationStateTracking.WindowDeallocDoesNotPermanentlyFreezeLayerTree I was also able to bisect and determine that https://commits.webkit.org/264920@main was what introduced this test failure.
