developer tools in Firefox and Safari

Steps to reproduce:

1. Inspect a deeply nested element on a website

Expected:
Be able to read the content.

Actual:
The Element panel is wrapping all characters on one or two columns, because of the narrow window

Note:
There are a couple of possible strategy here.

1. Making the content scrollable horizontally
2. Repositioning the panels vertically to leave more rooms for each of them

Firefox adopts a mix of both. (see screenshots)

IMO this is probably solved by bug 259391, I didn't come across this bug when opening it.
