Test introduced in April in 262644@main and failing since then in GTK and WPE (test introduced in webkit.org/b/255036: "(Safari 16.4): "box-decoration-break: clone" with "padding-right" is missing padding space"); this is about padding-right not taking into account when computing for 'clone'.

This bug ticket is for the same functionality in GTK/WPE, see 262644@main.
