In WPE, fast/css3-text/css3-text-justify/text-justify-last-line-simple-line-layout.html has been a constant failure for quite some time according to results.webkit.org.

This test was introduced in 2016 in 174425@main.

Speculatively this may be related to ongoing IFC, LFC migrations and/or complex text paths, but the failures are specific to WPE, GTK passes fine on bots and locally.
