The libjxl library is now in the 0.8.x release series, the most recent
version is 0.8.2 → https://github.com/libjxl/libjxl/releases/tag/v0.8.2

The highway dependency is now in the 1.0.x series, with the most recent
version being 1.0.4 → https://github.com/google/highway/releases/tag/1.0.4
It would be good to update this as well.
