Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across another failing test cases:

Test Case 1 - https://jsfiddle.net/j82qo7tp/show

^ Only fails in STP173 / Safari. While Firefox Nightly 116 and Chrome Canary 117 match each other.

Test Case 2 - https://jsfiddle.net/yk2eaoxp/show

^ STP173 matches Firefox Nightly 116 while Chrome Canary 117 is different.
