1. Go to https://apple.com
2. Open Web Inspector 
3. Go to the Storage Tab
4. Click on Cookies in the left column
5. Click on the first cell
6. Select All (command+A)
7. Copy (Command+C)

You can now Paste into an external sheet.

Feature Request:
1. Make it possible to export this selection as a JSON file
2. Make it possible to import this JSON file. 

Rationale: When testing a site with multiple versions of the browser, it becomes practical to be able to re-import easily the state of the machine in another version of the browser. 

Currently this is doable but by crafting them by hand.
