Running:

run-webkit-tests --debug --no-build --skipped=only --no-show-results imported/w3c/web-platform-tests

…runs 4932 tests.

Adding  --ignore-tests=imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/encoding this that command, makes it run 5022 tests.

Adding --ignore-tests should never increase the number of tests run.
