This test seems to have been a constant failure since https://commits.webkit.org/265364@main. According to the build results, it also appears to have a regression point between 265358@main and 265364@main. That being said, I was able to reproduce this test failure on macOS Monterey (x86_64) Production 265358@main (in contradiction to the original build results) when running the test as follows: run-webkit-tests fast/canvas/webgl/texImage2D-video-flipY-false.html --verbose
