Repro steps on iOS 17:

1. Open any draft on iPad with a hardware keyboard. Focus the body field.
2. Shift-tab to switch focus to the subject field.
3. Tab to focus the body field again.

Expected: Blinking caret and collapsed keyboard input view should be visible.
Observed: Input view dismisses completely; no visible platform selection views.
