Summary:
REGRESSION (iOS 17 Beta): The incoming audio becomes distorted after the PSTN call if Bluetooth headphones connected with iPhone

Tested devices:
The bug is reproducible on:
- iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 17 Developer Beta 4, build: 21A5291j) and Safari
- iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 17 Public Beta build: 21A5291j) and Safari
- iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 17 Developer Beta 4, build: 21A5291j) and Safari

The bug is not reproducible on:
- iPhone 13 (iOS 16.6) and Safari
- iPhone 14 (iOS 16.6) and Safari
- iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 16.5.1) and Safari (V16.5)

Use case:
Precondition:
Browser opened
User is an active video WebRTC call
Bluetooth headphones connected with an iPhone

Steps:
1. iOS 17 User receives a PSTN call
2. iOS 17 User accepts a PSTN call
3. iOS 17 User or another User ends the PSTN call
4. iOS 17 User observes incoming, outgoing audio and video

Actual result:
- The incoming audio becomes distorted after the PSTN call if Bluetooth headohones connected with iPhone
- Also the bug https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259884 observed

Expected result:
The incoming audio is still stable and iOS User can hear intelligible audio after the PSTN call if Bluetooth headohones connected with iPhone

Reproducibility:
100%

Used the following Bluetooth devices for the testing purposes:
- Apple AirPods 2nd generation (5E135)
- Huawei FreeBuds 4i
- Sony wh-1000xm3
