When visiting https://gitlab.gnome.org, a page appears saying "Application is not available" after logging in with GitHub (attachment 1). This does not happen with Firefox.

Upon reloading the page, the page is shown. However, further navigation within GitLab will sometimes work and sometimes yield incomplete pages, such as when I visit https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/4281, the server responded with multiple 503s and other errors, making some avatars and other page content not load (attachment 2).

Tested on Gnome Web 44.6/ WebKitGTK 2.40.4 and Epiphany Technology Preview
