Created attachment 467510 [details] picture of the blank tabs Safari Preview is showing tabs blank after being clicked. when I click on the cisa.gov article or home it automatically opens a separate tab, and leaves the tab blank with a 404 error and opens up another tap. fix the issue there maybe a bug but it never use to do that. whenever I open a tab or multiple its just like the regular safari. something is wrong with tabs this time around tabs are not loaded probably blank.

Seems to be related to 'Safari' UI rather than 'WebKit' Browser Content Engine? @ap - Should we move it?

If the issue still reproduces on the latest build please file a report on feedbackassistant.apple.com. Screen recordings, timestamps of occurrence and a sysdiagnose would all be helpful.
