Bug reproducible on iOS 16.6 Iphone 11


Voiceover skips the content of the error message and always reads `Data invalid` on the first submission of the form, on the second submission voiceover reads `Data invalid` and the error message linked with the field. 


Steps to reproduce:
  1.Open https://fwhxst.csb.app/ on iOS device.
  2.Turn on Voicever
  3.Double tap on submit button
  4.Listen to whats being read.
  5.Submit again to listen to full description.


Expected Result: Voiceover should read the error message, along with data invalid information on 1st form submission.

Actual result: Reads the full error message only on 2nd submission.
