Sometimes the default JHBuild git repository url (https://git.gnome.org/browse/jhbuild.git) cannot be reached. This makes impossible to build the JHBuild dependencies which results into the impossibility of launching a build using JHBuild.

It'd be handy to add an extra url, for instance's GitHub's JHBuild mirror, that can be used when the primary URL is down.
