[ews-app] Github ews status-bubble hover over message might be incorrect in case of failure.

Noticed in https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/17898#issuecomment-1724789563. Hover-over message for mac-debug-wk2 says "8 flakes 2 failures", while the run actually had 60+ failures in  mac-AS-debug-wk2.

The reason being the hover-over message is displaying the status from the run-layout-tests-without-change step.
