This test has been a flaky failure on macOS wk2 since its introduction at 247465@main.

TEXT DIFF:

-PASS Animations with the same frameRate started separately fire at the same timeline time

REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this issue on macOS Ventura (13.5, 22G74/arm64) ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --clobber-old-results --verbose --iterations 100 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --child-processes 10 -f webanimations/frame-rate/animation-frame-rate-alignment-started-with-one-frame-separation.html

REGRESSION:

This test has been flaky since it was introduced at 247465@main.
