Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I found another failing test case in Safari Technology Preview 180 & WebKit ToT:

^ Chrome Canary 120 and Firefox Nightly 120 passes this test, so will add 'BrowserCompat' tag as well.

Just changing the color of the text in Web Inspector makes it right. 
So there is an issue with the layout process.

It progressed and now render same as Chrome Canary 128.

Tested in Safari Technology Preview 195.
