[ews] email about bot being in bad state should include more information, especially about the PR being tested. Sometimes multiple builds might be failing due to a single PR. Having PR information in the email would help in quickly noticing if the issue is happening due to single PR or on multiple PRs.

There was issue happening this week (including today) with build failing on various PRs on tester queues. e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/39/builds/19171, https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/15/builds/22114 

These email notifications were there, but having additional information would have been useful.
