Apologies if duplicate I did try to check before raising this. Load `data:text/html,<!DOCTYPE%20html><head><style>input%20{%20writing-mode:%20vertical-lr;%20}</style></head><input%20type="number"%20list="numbers">%20<datalist%20id="numbers">%20<option>1</option>%20<option>10</option>%20<option>20</option>%20</datalist>` You'll notice a few issues (see for w/o datalist `data:text/html,<!DOCTYPE%20html><head><style>input%20{%20writing-mode:%20vertical-lr;%20}</style></head><input%20type="number">`): - the number spinners are at the top of the input, whereas without the list they are the bottom. - You can't enter text into the input (or at least it doesn't render) - The list dropdown button is rendered in the middle of the input - The datalist doesn't render correctly with no visible nor selectable options.

Sorry, my comment saved unexpectedly. I'm realizing you might have meant to report this issue against iOS despite the version field reading Safari Technology Preview?
I've just checked latest STP and this issue is no longer present. So will close this out.
