I'm proposing to implement the bluetooth api in webkit engine https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Bluetooth_API. As you can see here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Bluetooth_API#browser_compatibility
bluetooth api is not implemented at all in webkit engine.
