To reproduce:
1. On an iPhone, visit https://ios-safe-area-full-screen.glitch.me
2. Rotate to landscape orientation
3. Press the full screen button
4. Rotate back to portrait orientation

Expected:
The red borders using env(safe-area-inset) are updated to represent the new state

Actual:
The red borders stay visible.
