The "display: fullscreen" entry for manifest files is currently not truly supported, since the status bar is still visible on iOS. Even though the display-mode media query reports "fullscreen" (see https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=264218) Ideally the status bar should only be visible when the manifest contains "standalone" as display mode.
