Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Slack in Safari (I used an Apple-internal instance) 2. Click on “Threads” in the sidebar 3. Start adding a new message in a thread (no need to send it) 4. Ensure that message includes a list in a separate line 5. Press the “up arrow” key on your keyboard to move the cursor back to the message’s beginning 6. Press the “down arrow” key This should move the cursor within the message but instead scrolls the page for me. This reproduces as far back as macOS Ventura 13.6. This does not reproduce in Chrome Version 119.0.6045.105 (Official Build) (arm64).
