testcase

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the test case attached here. The first list should start with 9.
2. Open the Web Inspector
3. Go to the Elements tab
4. Select the ol elements
5. edit the reset-counter on the right side column for the style attribute.
6. try to increment the value by 1

Result: the value doesn't change.

Try the same thing in Firefox Developer Tools, the values are being dynamically incremented.

It doesn't seem to be an Inspector issue, but maybe a WebKit issue.
