Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across another potential merge but more specifically for 'win-cairo' port or 'Windows'.

I am not sure, we have C++ test suite but I think it would be good to raise and CC (Sony folks).

Thank you for heads up. Unfortenatelly WinCairo WK2 doesn't support drag yet. And, WinCairo WK1 is gone.
