Steps to Reproduce: Traverse the combobox using Enter+arrow keys and then using ctrl+opt+arrow keys and notice the different experiences. Reproduced with official W3C examples of combobox autocomplete: https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/combobox/examples/combobox-autocomplete-list/ Actual Result: Enter+arrow keys traverse the combobox as expected but ctrl+opt+arrow keys don't Expected Result: Both Enter+arrow keys and ctrl+opt+arrow traverse the combobox

To verify this fix, an upcoming version of VoiceOver is needed. I will add a comment here when it is available.
