We are lacking the RunLoopObserver implementation for our ports, which excludes us from utilizing e.g. the OpportunisticTaskScheduler (driving opportunistic GC). Furthermore we'd like to explore driving the rendering RunLoopObserver based, as Apple ports prior to GPUP, did.
